Refund Policy

If a product does not work on a supported setup, or you are not satisfied, email datht@neosimai.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number and we will refund you in full.

Refunds are paid through Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. The licence key is deactivated when the refund is issued.

Team licences: unused seats can be refunded within 14 days.
