Software Licence
This summary and the licence file shipped with each product form the End User Licence Agreement between you and SolverPilot.
What you may do
- Install and use the product on the number of machines matching the seats you bought (one seat = one machine).
- Use it for commercial work, for yourself or your employer.
- Move a seat to a new machine by deactivating the old one or emailing us.
What you may not do
- Share, resell, sublicense or publish the product or its licence keys.
- Decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive source code, or remove licence checks.
- Use the product or its outputs to train machine-learning models or to build a competing product.
Ownership
The software is licensed, not sold. SolverPilot keeps all rights not expressly granted. Each build is linked to its order.
Third-party software
Our products work with software you license separately (for example Simcenter STAR-CCM+). You are responsible for complying with those licences.
Warranty and liability
The product is provided as is. Always check engineering results. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid.
Termination
The licence ends automatically if you breach these terms; keys may then be revoked.
